Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods:

We offer standard shipping via reliable courier services for all orders within India. We are currently unable to offer international shipping. Customers can choose their preferred shipping method at the time of checkout.

Shipping Time:

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of order placement. Shipping time may vary depending on the delivery location and shipping method selected by the customer. Customers can expect to receive their order within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and delivery location of the order. The shipping charges will be displayed at the time of checkout, and customers can choose their preferred shipping method based on the shipping charges displayed.

Shipping Address:

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at the time of order placement. We are not responsible for any delay or non-delivery of the order due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Delivery Confirmation:

We will send a confirmation email to the customer once the order has been shipped. This email will contain the tracking information of the order, which can be used by the customer to track the delivery status of the order.

Delivery Attempts:

If the courier service is unable to deliver the order to the customer due to any reason, they will make additional delivery attempts. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. Customers will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred due to unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Order Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled by the customer within 24 hours of order placement. Any cancellations after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Order Returns:

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for food products, including Laxmi's Puran Poli, due to health and safety reasons. However, if the customer receives a damaged or defective product, they can contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a photo of the damaged or defective product. We will investigate the issue and provide a replacement product or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
